Friends of Marina Park FOMP

Donations to FOMP are no longer being accepted. Funds were directed to the OMB appeal and this submission was withdrawn.
 
Thank you each and everyone for your financial contribution to Friends of Marina Park. Both your interest, support, and financial donation helped to extend the life of Marina Park as a public park for the people. Additionally, we were able to delay private development and the construction of private condominiums and a hotel in this area.
 
On September 14, 2009, the city will start destruction of the park as we know it today. Heavy equipment is already being moved into the area.
